Biomechanics | Reposturing Body and Soul through Pilates and Gyrontonics Biomechanics is designed to enhance your vitality, energy, and personal growth. Together, we will release old movement patterns and embrace a deeper, more conscious connection with life. Each exercise is synchronized with the breath to create a gentle workout, while the graceful and rhythmic movements simultaneously strengthen and lengthen all of the major muscle groups and joints. Special attention is paid to decrease compression in the spine and improve its alignment.
